Brrrrr

Why is it so cold this winter? My gas bill for last month was $300! And, it's not even January.

Tomorrow's high is not supposed to reach 20F.

Thank god for my electric heating blanket. (I have just turned into a 75 year old man.)

I'm thinking of buying an electric heating blanket.. and I'm only 25, so... it's not about the age. It's about the pleasure of feeling warm.

Average payment plan. I pay more in the summer than most people, but I never have to pay those HUGE gas bills in the winter and that is worth it.

M: I always think about that. My sister does that. I am of my father's school of thought: pay for what you use, at that time. I have followed this approach, well except for credit cards (oy!) and student loans (double oy!).

I am considering that power plan as well. In an effort to keep the electric bill down I am spending tonight hopping around the house in Eric's super-warm sleeping bag. I look insane.
