Kosovo is planning to declare its independence today from Serbia. What countries in Europe are against this declaration?

Russia. They have been historic and cultural allies of Serbia, and because Russians are stupid.
Spain. Basque. Enough said.
Cyprus. Has been cut in two for decades.

And finally Romania and Slovakia. These two countries have SIGNIFICANT Hungarian populations. Slovakia has been considerably vocal in opposition for fear of Hungarian upheaval. Typical hypocritical Slovakia. They split from the Czech Republic in 1993, making the same arguments the Kosovars are making today. Assholes.
