Beggers beware
You guys know where, and for whom, I currently work, right?Well, I spent the better part of today drafting a draft ordinance prohibiting panhandling. Panhandling, for those who don't know, is the nice way of saying "begging" or, in some circles, "aggressive solicitation."
Let the hate mail from the ACLU commence. They already hate me for other reasons.
